A heartfelt thank you to the WORLD HRD Congress Board for this incredible recognition as one of the Most Influential Global Coaching Leaders at the World Coaching Congress 2025, held In conjunction with the World HRD Congress in Mumbai.
I even missed the Award presentation ceremony as I was committed to delivering my keynote session for the delegates at the Ballroom, adding values and insights during that time. Thanks to Kevin Kan for the presentation later in the evening after my speaking session.
I am truly grateful to have embark on this coaching journey 20 years ago, working with leaders, organizations, and teams to create transformational growth. A journey that started with Michael Heah ICF MCC Corporate Coach Academy (CCA).
It is also a privilege to have been able to support and contribute to the various coaching communities I am part of, with International Coaching Federation, ICF Malaysia, the Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches (MACC), and Marshall Goldsmith hashtag#100coaches, and the Certified Chief Master Coach (CCMC) community of global coaches with ITD World .

Adding to the excitement, earlier this week, I was also filled with gratitude to receive the “Top Training & Development Influencer” recognition award at the World HRD Congress 2025.
These recognition are not just milestones, they are the fuel to keep going. They reaffirm my mission to empower more leaders, drive meaningful change, and create lasting impact in leadership development and coaching worldwide.
To my clients, colleagues, mentors, and the coaching communities- thank you for your trust and support. I am excited about what lies ahead and look forward to continuing this journey of growth, learning, and contribution.
