He is an adjunct faculty and executive coach with The ICLIF Leadership and Governance Centre, an international Asia-focused centre of excellence committed to delivering practical and relevant leadership based in Kuala Lumpur. Yoga is a Learning Facilitator who is a qualified Chartered Global Management Accountant and holds an MBA from Strathclyde University Graduate School of Business, Europe’s largest Business School. Yoga is a founding member of MAPS (Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers) and was President in 2008. He is a HRDF certified trainer who practices as a Professional Speaker and Learning Facilitator. Yoga spent over ten years as a Management Accountant at Panasonic Compressor and also had a short stint as an Internal Auditor at AM-Bank Group in his early days. Edgar Tham is Singapore pioneer sport & performance psychologist, and he personally coached numerous Olympic and World Champions. After leaving government service, he continued to share his high-performance psychology expertise with performers from domains outside of sport, e.g., business, sales, etc. He is an associate faculty in psychology and sports/PE at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. Edgar is the co-author of Mental Toughness Strategies of the World’s Greatest Athletes and In the Zone: The Mindset for Peak Performance in Sport.
