So glad to have made it to Bangkok for the International Coaching Federation ASEAN Summit 2026 – Beyond Borders, Beyond Limits!
What a wonderful two days of learning, meaningful conversations, reconnecting with familiar faces and making new friends across the ASEAN coaching community!
Some fascinating insights from Gallup’s 2026 State of the Global Workplace report – The Human Side of the AI Revolution by Purva Hassomal, followed by valuable perspectives from the MCC panel on emerging coaching trends and opportunities.
Equally insightful were the sessions by Tony Latimer and Amii Barnard-Bahn on coaching mastery, building a sustainable coaching practice and what makes a coach worth choosing, alongside updates from Magdalena Nowicka Mook, International Coaching Federation CEO, on the evolving coaching profession.
Beyond the sessions, what made this gathering especially meaningful was the human connection, shared passion and spirit of collaboration among coaches from across the region.
Special congratulations to all the award winners from the The Bangkok Charter Chapter of ICF, Thailand! Wonderful to see your contributions and dedication being recognised!
