What an incredible experience speaking and presenting at the WORLD HRD Congress 2025 in Mumbai! It was an honor to engage with global HR and business leaders on a topic that is shaping the future of leadership—integrating courage, compassion, and adaptability in the era of AI to drive influence and innovation.
This topic is close to my heart as it is also part of the research I have been doing for the new book I am working on.
Shared fascinating results from the survey completed by more than 250 respondents globally, infused stories on how courage, compassion, adaptability and influence are so needed in this world now.
In today’s landscape, leaders must embrace AI as an enabler while staying deeply human-centric in their approach. True leadership isn’t about replacing human potential with technology—it’s about empowering it to create a more resilient, forward-thinking, and inclusive future.
Turned out my session became the final closing keynote presentation for the day, followed by a panel session facilitated by Dr R.L Bhatia .
