Emiliawati Zainol developed her career in Customer Service / Public Relations and Human Resource with corporates, multi-national and public listed companies.  She helps organizations improve performance through Human Resource strategies including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, safety and health, succession planning, employee engagement, change management roadmap and talent development.

A Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM) as well as a Certified Human Resource Manager, she delivers seminars and workshops, that provides business management advisory in achieving business sustainability. She was recently a recipient of the HR Leader Award  and HR Achievers Award by MIHRM.
